However we are aware than on occasion someone is not happy with the item purchased, and this is to cope for such eventuality that the following guarantees are offered to you 

1) Return of the goods purchased is possible, even without telling us the reason. However such return must take place within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the parcel ( as the postmark will attest).
Is further required an email with the order number and the reference of the object you wish to return. Within 48 hours you will receive authorization to return the parcel with directions how to proceed.
Once we receive the goods, we will send you a credit note of the value of the item returned less our transport costs.
