Whatever your question is about your order, please always indicate your order number.

 

1. What is the shipping cost and the delivery time?

MARRIAGE-LUXE.COM deliver worldwide, the shipping cost depends on the package weight and delivery address, according to the Chronopost price. For party dress, the delivery time is 10-15 workdays after the payment received. For wedding dress, the delivery time is 20 workdays. If your order is urgent, please note it to us so that we can arrange it rapidly. For more information, please refer to: page/delivery.

 

2. Do you have a physical shop? Where can I find it?

We sell only online, this way makes us to offer quality fashion products with reasonable prices.

 

3. Can I have a customized dress or change the color?

We offer customized dresses, extra cost 10 euros is to be added. You need to indicate your measures in the order. Please note that the customized product is non-changeable, non- refundable. (However we can adjust it for you if needed).

 

4. Can ask for the changes to a dress?

Please contact us by email by indicating the product reference number (ID# 00***). We will answer you soon after consulting our tailor.

 

5. My order status has been " Payment accepted " for 2 days, why can't I receive the merchandise? 

This status means your order is validate, we are going to send it asap. You can consult us where the package is by email.

 

6. I have already received my order number****, the dress is very beautiful, however it doesn't fit (too small, too big, too long, too short etc.), is it possible to send it back to you or get a replacement?

It's possible to get a replacement or refund. We have 100% satisfaction policy. You can send the dress to us within 7 days after you have received the package. For more information, please refer to: page 100% satisfaction.

 

7. How can I check the package from internet?

We will send you the package number around 1 week after your order. 8. I'd like to check my package from site of Chronopost, however I find nothing with my package number, is it normal?

The information will be available 2-3 days after delivery, (Chronopost doesn't work during weekend)

 

9. I have difficulties to pay with my credit card via PAYPAL, is this normal?

PAYPAL accepte two types of cards: VISA and MASTER INTERNATIONAL. Visa électron and CB national are not accepted. If you don't have credit card, you can send an email to ask us for our address to pay with mandat cash or bank wire transfer, or you can find all our address information from the link: https://www.paypal.com/fr/cgi-bin/helpweb?cmd=_help

Please note PAYPAL is a secure payment system which doesn't send your credit card informations to vendor.

 

10. How to buy a dress ?

You can follow the steps as below:

 

1) Summary

Select a product - Put it into the shopping cart – added your coupon number (if you have one) – next step.

2) Identification

  • ·         If you don't have an account, please create one.
  • ·         If you have already an account, please log in directly by putting your email address and password.

3) Address

Verify your delivery address and invoice address.

4) Shipping Cost

Choose the shipping method: CHRONOPOST or TNT.

5) Payment

Please choose the payment methods: bank wire transfer or Paypal payment.

 

 

 

 

 

11. Payment Assistance

Bank wire transfer

If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer, after confirming the order, you will see our bank account details.

There are two possibilities to pay by Paypal :

12. Referral Program
